Nice, renovated, south facing condo at 25 The Esplanade on the 23rd floor. (at Yonge just south of Front) Great location. Short walk to access the PATH at Yonge and Front or to Union Station. 100 walk score. Many restaurants nearby and the St Lawrence Market is just a short walk. Renovated in spring of 2019. The building is a very nice neighbourhood within itself. People are friendly, talk and seem to know each other! Many people who have lived there for a very long time and some say they wouldn't live anywhere else. The building is very well managed and maintained. All of the hallways, elevator lobbies and condo doors were upgraded in 2019 , so it's clean and modern. Condo is larger than the newer condos. Green P parking garage behind the building so there is plenty of guest parking. There is a gym, sauna and whirlpool tub on the top floor as well as party rooms. There is a very large outdoor park on the sixth floor located on the roof of an adjoining building. There are BBQ's available for use. There are also outdoor spaces on the roof of the building. It is on the north side of the Gardiner, so you're not looking at another building and high enough to be quiet. It has nice views. We expanded the kitchen by about a foot so it has nice work space. Quartz countertops and new appliances purchased the summer of 2019. The bedroom walls and replaced them with sliding opaque glass doors to let in more light and to open the place up when you want. They can be closed to define the bedroom and give privacy if you want. There is a double vanity in the large bathroom, separate shower and bath tub. The washer/dryer is in the closet behind the white door in the hall. There is a large closet with mirror doors plus a locker, so there is a lot of storage. New flooring throughout during the renovation. New furnace coil last spring as recommended by management during one of their annual inspections. The heat, water and electricity are included which reduces your costs. Downtown core is within walking distance. I'm looking for good character, first and last; proof of income and some financial standing information.
